Position Overview

The LTVS Manager will lead our Long Term Vocational Support (LTVS) program, providing ongoing job coaching, stability supports, and career maintenance services for individuals with disabilities who have achieved competitive, community-based employment. This role ensures participants maintain employment success through individualized, high-quality supports while collaborating with employers, vocational rehabilitation partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the LTVS program, including supported employment services.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of LTVS Employment Specialists, providing training, performance feedback, and professional development.
  • Develop and implement individualized long-term support plans focused on job stability, career advancement, workplace accommodations, and natural supports. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, ensuring ongoing communication and problem-solving to support successful employment outcomes.
  • Track and report program outcomes, participant progress, and compliance with state/federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with funders and complete plans as required.
  • Manage program budget, documentation, and quality assurance processes.
  • Represent CWS in community partnerships and advocate for inclusive employment practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Special Education, Human Services, Psychology, or related field (Master's or CRC preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supported employment, vocational rehabilitation, or LTVS services for individuals with disabilities.
  • Proven supervisory or program management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of NC vocational services systems, including Supported Employment (SE), LTVS, and related funding streams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel required).
