Community Workforce Solutions is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to help keep our Raleigh office running smoothly while supporting our mission of helping individuals with disabilities achieve greater independence. As a first point of contact for employees and visitors, this role combines front-office responsibilities with essential administrative support across the organization.
This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in their work. Strong organization and attention to detail are essential. We're looking for someone who takes initiative and approaches challenges with a problem-solving mindset. This is a fully on-site position based in our Raleigh office.

What You'll Do
- Welcome visitors and provide excellent front-desk customer service
- Answer incoming calls and connect callers with the appropriate staff
- Process purchase orders and invoices and route them for approval
- Coordinate employee training schedules and maintain related documentation
- Manage office supplies and authorized purchasing
- Maintain designated employee documentation and general office records
- Assist with SharePoint communications and staff announcements
- Coordinate mail, shipping, shared calendars, and other office services
- Support safety and emergency preparedness procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

- Ability to sit, stand, and move freely throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and carry office supplies or packages up to 25 pounds
